Aimee Mann曾经是８０年代新浪潮团体Til Tuesday的主唱。解散后Aimee Mann以个人名义推出专辑，以知性才女形象为乐迷熟知。另外为电影心灵角落所创作的主题曲Save Me，则使她入围奥斯卡最佳电影歌曲。
